Numerous exclusions, eg mold, animal infestation, etc also come into play in these cases, and Brian has done numerous cases involving these issues. He has also represented impacted residential insureds in administrative proceedings , and has litigated and lectured extensively and testified before numerous state bodies regarding unscrupulous unlicensed individuals who take advantage of consumers in residential loss situation.
